Hi Donald,

The information I have on the Wilcox/Dickson Wilcox was orginally spelled Willcockson is as follows.

Jacob Wilcox married Nancy Hall
1. Daughter Mary "Polly Wilcox b. Jan 29, 1802
d. Feb 1, 1885

Mary "Polly Wilcox married George Curry
1. Daughter Mary Jane Curry married Isaac Wilcox
b.Sep 27, 1817
d. Feb 15, 1881

Isaac Wilcox parents were Ephraim Wilcox and Elinor Martin


Issac Wilcox and Mary Jane Curry had a son Andy Wilcox

Andy Wilcox b. April 26, 1865 Nodaway, d. Dec 1, 1926 in St. Joseph, MO married Ida Mae Dickson. Ida was born Feb 18, 1863 in Springfield, Sangamon, Illinois. d April 11, 1927 (great grandparents)

Andy Wilcox and Ida Mae Dickson had 12 children. There daughter Florence Wilcox b. Feb 08, 1902 d. Sept 18, 1986 and is buried in the Savannah, MO cemetery married John Miller. Florence is my grandmother.

Dickson Family

James Jackson Dickson married Sarah Jane Marshall
on August 26, 1856 in Warren County, Ill
I just sent for their marriage record.

Their daughter Ida Mae Dickson married Andy Wilcox
and I just sent to Nodaway, County for their marriage record.
