I have a copy of a newspaper article and a Five Generations picture with the article, dated 1924. The picture is of James Parshall, his son, Frank, a granddaughter, a ggranddaughter and gggrandson. James Parshall, born 1834 in Ohio, moved to Iowa when 4 years of age, then to Quitman, Nodaway Co. MO in 1872. Names of his children at the time of this article were A. C. Parshall of Quitman; Frank, John and James Parshall, Jr. all of Kansas City; R. E. Parshall of St. Joseph; Fred Parshall and Mrs. Mary Rounds of Wray, CO; Mrs. Belle Duffey of Pattonsburg, Mo.

This is not my family. This article was in a photo album belonging to my grandmother, who had known this family while in Nodaway Co. If there is a descendant of this family who would like to have the article, I'll be glad to mail it to you.
