The 1850 census lists a Charles Johnson age 40, born in Tenn; his wife Elizabeth age 35, born in Virginia; and their six children. I cannot locate this family in any later census records. I am researching their daughter Sidney, age 16 who was born in Missouri. Does anyone have further information on this family?
