I have a copy of the New Madrid County Cemetery Inscriptions by Jane Vann/Vera Ashley. There is only one Faris mentioned:

Myra Robbins Faris 1879-1944

The family members you mentioned may be buried in the Memorial Cemetery in Sikeston. Although in New Madrid County that cemetery has been listed with the Scott County inscriptions. Keep in mind that cemetery transcription books only list those graves with headstones...they do not list every person who might actually be buried in the cemetery.
