I don't know any other information other than what my Mother told me. My ggggrandparents lived on Young's Creek in northern Audrain Co., Mo. She said that he was a southern sympathizer having been born in Berkeley Co., Virginia. He was 53 yrs. old. She said that "guerillas" came to the farm and hung my ggggrandfather. It was around the time of the Centralia Massacre and I have always thought that the guerillas were roaming bands of toughs out to pick a fight and prey upon the helpless. I cannot substantiate any of these facts. My ggggrandmother lived until 1902; residing in the same area of Young's Creek.
