I have no ties to the Black or Lamaster family, but did look up them in the 1870 census.
Both families are in the 1870 Schuyler Co IL census. There were no families named Black or Lamaster listed in the 1870 Monroe Co MO census.

Both of these families are also in the 1860 Schuyler Co IL census. Barnard Black is listed as Burney Black, Camden Twp. James & Rebecca Lamaster are in the Bainbridge Twp.
