Hi Beverly,
If the cemetery was in the area flooded by Mark Twain Lake and the cemetery was known they were supposed to be relocated. Call 1-573-735-4097 Corps. of Engineers and give the people you are looking for. They will lookup.
I know some Webbs that lived in the area flooded by the lake
1-573-983-2393 that may be able to help you. Theyre probably close to 80 and her parents or grandparents were there early. Don't call Fri-Sun because they show horses on the weekend. Call on Mondays probably good.
