Was you grandmother's maiden name Bell or Wilson? What was her husband's name? You might try contacting the " The Standard Democrat" newspaper which Serves Scott, New Madrid, Mississippi And Stoddard Counties. They have a webcite but the archives for obits do not go back to 1981 on line. Their phone number is 1-800-471-6980. If you can find out the name of the funeral home who handeled the arrangements from the obit you can contact them for info on the burial services and perhaps location of the graves.
