Boyd M. ROARK 1853 Murder trial
Posted by: Kevin Behr (ID *****1123) Date: August 20, 2009 at 11:03:14

The first trial for murder in Miller County was in 1853. The accused was Boyd M. ROARK and he was found (NOT GUILTY). Does anyone know the details of this Murder? The record we found doesn't give many details. Who was the victim? Why was Boyd M. ROARK found (not guilty)? Why was Boyd a suspect and put on trial? Any details would be greatly appreciated.
