Lazarus Phillips of Miller County and Osage Regiment Home Guard

I am researching my ancestral PHILLIPS heritage. Most of my research so far has been in the Carolinas. But DNA matching has linked my line to pioneers who went to MISSOURI by 1860 (1860 CENSUS Miller County). One source of data mentioned was Lazarus PHILLIPS was in the OSAGE Regiment home Guard. Can someone offer me a source or evidence that Lazarus PHILLIPS served, and details of the OSAGE Regiment Home Guard? After the Guards were disbanded, where the men re-organized into, or mustered into other regiments? As a "Carolinan" I know very little of the history of MISSOURI. Need some help. much appreciated.
Regards, Wayne Phillips
