In the 1900 census, Arminta says she was b. May 1874.
In the 1880 Camden census, two Cornet brothers both named daughters Armintia. Joseph's dau b. 1876 and Edward's dau b. 1872.(No help.) Joseph's wife, Sarah Ellen Lanman was b. in Indiana. Edward's wife, Permelia was b. in Ill. Based solely on the mother's birthplace, evidence would lean to Edward and Permelia. Earlier censuses indicate that both Edward and Joseph were born in Kentucky.
Compounding the problem is that Camden County suffered from several courthouse fires, the most recent being in 1903, and nearly all earlier records were lost. The County requested people bring in their documents to be refiled after the 1903 fire, but few did.
If Arminta, Sam, Victory, and Eliza all die before 1911, as it appears, there will not be "death certificates" for them.
