James McNabb (b. 3/20/1817 in Rockbridge Co. Virginia and d. 12/22/1885 in Biblegrove Cemetery, Scotland Co. MO) and Nancy W. Kelly (b. 12/24/1832 IN and d. 8/4/1914 at Biblegrove, Scotland County MO).

Nancy was the daughter of Daniel and Sally Kelly. Daniel Kelley (b. ca 1792 KY and d. ) and Sally Burchfield (b. ca 1790 KY and d. ) were married 2/19/1810 Franklin Co. KY. See www.sos.mo.gov/images/archives/deathcerts/1914/1914_0028275.PDF

Sally Burchfield’s parents were Robert Burchfield (b. 12/18/1759 Baltimore Co. MD on Pipe Creek and d. 10/29/1844) and Elizabeth Hill ( b. ca 1768 Burke Co. NC and d. 9/20/1845 in Ripley Co. IN) who married on 3/1/1787 in Burke Co. NC per the then moved to KY. Elizabeth applied for a RW pension 2/2/1845 at the age of 77. Heirs were listed for Elizabeth as Mary Roberts, Salley Kelley, Betsy O’Neil, John Burfield, Nancy Whitam, Kitty Smith and Robert Burchfield.

On the McNabb side James was the son of John McNabb (b. 1774 d. 1844 ) and Elizabeth Skeen (b. 1775 d. 1820) .

Robert Burchfield’s (jr.) parents were Robert Burchfield Sr. (b. 2/27/1710 St. Georges Parish Baltimore, Maryland and d. 3/1783 Burke Co. NC) who was killed by Indians in Burke Co. NC in 1783 and Ann Clark (b. d. and married 12/4/1735 St Georges Parish, Baltimore, Maryland, USA). See UID: 38D264EC95C4F341A59892AC02CC7BFAA5E5.

Elizabeth Hill’s father was Colonel Swinfort Hill who was born in Rowan Co. NC and had one child Elizabeth
