I finally tracked down the WILCOX family 1900, if needed.
Not finding BLANSET marriage, but maybe Flossie's DC will provide father's name.

Could this possibly be Gertrude?

Parents: Thos WILCOX/Delilah KEAR

Thos/Delilah ARE the parents of your Gertrude.
The census has her as Eirtrude, and bro Bert is Alberta...the enumerator must've been having a bad day.
