Albert Charles Phillips b. 1925 Missoula, MT, d. 1973 Seattle, WA. m. Margaret O'brien b. abt 1907 Missouri.
Children:
Albert Charles Jr 1924-1998
Elisabeth
Frank
Geraldine
Florence C b.1933 Seattle, WA

Bother: John who married Katherine O'brien (sister of Margaret O'brien)
Mickie O'brien (lived in Lubbock, Texas and Bellingham, WA)
