I have only found two records. the first was the Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Marriage Index 1888-2011. I called the courthouse there to get a date and place of birth for Lula. I did that because the Eddie Burney Rumfield listed as the groom is my father. The online record had them both as being born in Albuquerque, NM. So I knew that was wrong. When I called they actually had the right information in the record book for him. But I can't say that the year is right for her, 1925.
The second I found on Ancestry.com. It's the Missouri Marriage Records, 1805-2002.
Name: Lula Belle Burch
Age: 18
Birth Date: abt 1928
Marriage Date: 18 Mar 1946
Marriage Location: Douglas, Missouri
Marriage County: Douglas
Spouse Name: Mr Everett F Arnold
Spouse Age: 29
I called the Douglas County Clerk and a lady there looked it up. The information for the second marriage is correct. Since she remarried so fast I looked for divorce records. But with no luck. Other than these two records I can't find anything on her.
