Albert's father was Isaac Lawson Webb b. @ 1826 in NC or TN.

Isaac & wife Elizabeth J. Slagle appear in the Yancy Co NC 1850 census with son John M.

They are in the Monroe Co. TN census in 1860. Can't find them in 1870. In 1880 they are in St. Charles Co. MO.

Isaac is living with Albert in the 1900 St. Louis Co. Census.

Isaac was in Co D 1st NC Infantry in the Mexican War (1847-48) and drew a pension. He was in the Dayton Ohio Home for Disabled Soldiers in 1891, and at the Leavenworth KS one in 1901.

These are the Children of Isaac & Elizabeth that I've found"

John M. b. @1849 NC
David b. @1851-d. 1933 St. Louis
Matilda Jane b. @1853 TN
Rosaly (poss Clementine) b. @1856 TN
Theodicia b. @ 1858 TN

Mille b. @ 1869 TN
Missouri b. @ 1872 TN

It appears that Elizabeth died between 1891 & 1900
Isaac L. died June 4, 1903 & Buried at Zion according to St. Louis death record.
