Please go to "WILLIS" messages #1803 and #2015... This poster may be related to you and have the info you need. When my gg-grandmother married A.T. Willis he had 6 children from first marriage to Nancy Ewing. I think William moved to the Galveston,Texas area/Collin Co. during the Civil War period.
