Captain Henry of Butler, MO 1879

I have a letter written by my GG grandfather John Charles DeForest (AKA Watson) from the home of Captain Henry (that is his surname) in Butler, MO May 6, 1879. I found two Henry families in Butler for the 1880 census. One head of household was 25 years old. I think he would be too young. The other was a 41 year-old butcher. The entry is tough to read. Looks like William Henry. Your help identifying Captain Henry is greatly appreciated.
