Are you sure the Taylor you are looking for was John D? And not John W? I find a John W Taylor who married Margaret / Margarette Tucker, b abt 1842 Perry Co.. In 1870 they had her mother , Elizabeth Tucker living with them. I tracked this family down to 1910, and Margarets death certificate, says she was the widow of John W. Taylor, but the informant on the certificate says her father was John W. Tucker and Mother Lizzie Dunn.Which does not jibe with the parent father of this Margaret, who was William T. Tucker on the 1850 census. The informant might have confused the John W Taylor and John W. Tucker, on the cerificate. The informant was R.R.Moore. Any other clues on the family??
