If you go to LDS, do and IGI search including this # and the surname Miller, you will get a number of results and I think some of these, especially some who married around the same time frame as your Andrew, are probably related to Andrew...
Parents may be listed on application for marriage, if one exists. Time frame for birth makes finding an actual birth certificate slim. Another way you may be able to verify parents is check out when and where Andrew died. He may have left an estate, then check those files out. Or he may have owned property that the heirs had to sell off. If that's the case, then Littleton would have had to sign off and if he was married at the time, his wife's name would also appear as well as an idea of where they resided at the time. Sometimes deeds such as this could have been filed under individual heirs names, or as one heir then "et al" OR even under "heirs of" or "estate of".....
