I found Simon in the 1860 census if you're interested:

1860 US Census Missouri, Webster County, Finley Township, Page 844

Hancock, Simon age 58/male/farmer/value of real estate $700/value of personal property $785/born TN

Hancock, Martha age 47/born TN

Hancock, William age 14/born MO

Hancock, Mary M age 10/born MO

Hancock, Martha A age 9/born MO

Hancock, Robert age 6/born MO

Ancestry is having a lot of problems tonight so this is all I could find out at the moment. Let me know if you would like more information and I will try again later.
