Death Certificate Look-Up - Minnie Alta (Stone) Hale Fornfelt, MO

I am trying to locate a death certificate or a death notice from a newspaper for Minnie Alta (Stone) Hale. She died in about 1912. It is believe that she died in Fornfeld, MO. She was the wife of Preston Fillmore Hale (aka Press). She would have had 5 living children. Florence, Augusta, Floyd, Ogle William and David.

Any help would be appreciated.
