I am looking for information on Peter Heinrich HELLING born in Prussia.
He had a son, Casper Heinrich HELLING, born in Werther, Prussia, 19 Nov 1808.
Casper married Catherine Marie BECKMANN, born in Westfalen, Prussia, 14 Jan 1821.
Catherine’s parents were Hermann Heinrich BECKMANN and Marie E HERKSTROETER.
Casper and Catherine had a son, Hermann Henry HELLING, born Mar 1860 in Franklin County, Missouri, USA.
Hermann married, Louisa or Louesa Katy KLUSMEYER, born 16 Nov 1859 in Franklin County, Missouri, USA on 01 May 1879 also in Franklin County, Missouri, USA.
I have much more information (all of it confirmed either by the SSDI or U S Census) but this should give someone a good idea as to whether or not they have the correct line of Helling’s.
