Cemetery's in Scotland County Missouri, near Memphis

Before the town of Memphis was established a burying ground in the western part of the present city was used by the early settlers to bury their dead. This site was used by the citizezens of Memphis and vicinity up until the year of 1858. I am looking for a name of that Cemetery and a list of who may be buried there if there is such a list. I have a great grandmother, Elizabeth Daniels Adams and her sister May Daniels Fifer who died there of Cholera in the late fall of1851. I am trying to find their burial place. Sure would appreciate any help.
