I am searching for info on a Julius Hoyer that lived in Texas. He was married to a Lucy ? and their children were named Ed Hoyer, Blanche Lucy Hoyer, and twins Fred Hoyer & Paul Charles Hoyer. The twins were born in 1889 in Eagle Pass, Texas. Fred Hoyer lived in Kansas City but not sure if it was Kansas City, Kansas or Kansas City, Missouri. His twin, Paul Charles Hoyer, married a Ruth Evelyn Drake. And lived in San Antonio, Texas on Dwyer St. They had 5 children: Ruth, Carolyn, Paul Charles Jr., Marion (Peach), and Lucian Julius Hoyer. Ed Hoyer lived in San Antonio and had 2 boys who I believe their names were Ed (nicknamed Billy) who was a railroad engineer and Jimmy Hoyer.
We know that this line of Hoyers came from Germany but we don't know their point of entry into the country. It has been said through the family that this line of Hoyers came from Baden-Baden, Germany or Weisbaden, Germany.
If any of these names ring a bell or if anyone has any info on any of these Hoyers I would love to hear it. This is my husband's family and these Hoyers seem to be hard to find.
