Vernon County census

Is there anyone with access to census records of Vernon Count for 1870? We have the Gardiner Family there in 1880, but the parents are already dead. We are searching for parents names.
The children listed in 1880 census are Nancy, Palina, Charles, William, Etha, and Ethel. These last three wouldn't be in the 1870 census, but we think there was another brother named Jack, there somewhere.
