Scott/Arbuckle in Mercer Co.

Today I found a wedding book belonging to my gr aunt who was a grand-dtr of Wm Arbuckle b 1825 OH d 1902 in ? The wedding took place in Kansas City, MO in 1918. The list of attendees consists of a Mr. & Mrs. James H. Scott (maybe Dr.) & children, Jay & Annilee. Also listed under the Scott's name is a Mrs. Alice Arbuckle. I found this couple on the 1910 & 1920 census for Mercer Co (Morgan township) with Alice Arbuckle as the "mother-in-law" to Scott. The wife is "Maymie" & looks like he's a veterinarian but the writing is difficult to read. Since the bride's mother's maiden name was "Arbuckle", I know these folks are part of my family but until today, I have never known of them. Any clue as to who they were would be appreciated.
