Still trying to find / verify the ancestors of my gg grandfather Dillard Green, b 1825 in ? Burke CO, NC. He might have been living in TN when he and 4 brothers and 3 sisters ( and others?) migrated to Gasconade/Osage CO MO in approx. early 1840's. He married Sealy Night in 1844 and after her death, he married my gg grandmother Mary Ann "Polly" Eads in 1847 in Osage CO, MO. Dillard's family and his 4 brother's families are listed in the Osage CO, MO 1850 census. Dillard had two sons who reached adulthood, one of them was my g grandfather, Joseph Green (b. 1864 in Maries CO) and John Wesley Green (b. approx. 1859 in Maries CO>) Dillard and many of his family were buried in tne Green Family Cemetery located on his former homeplace off Hwy 42 overlooking the Gasconade River. I have some leads, but have not been able to verify any connections as of yet. ANY information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Liz
