Yep,
Got it all..
The Hughs Cemetery has quite a few people in it..
Hughs Chapel CCemetery has 2 Hughs in it.
The Maries Books referr to a Oliver , Ollie Hughs
And referr to John and Charlotte (Pryor) Helton

Ok,
There were 3 Hughes families of note.
William Hughes
Lewis Morton Hughes (Line are buried in Hughes Cem.
Stephen Hughes , had son John married to a Ms. Bilyeu.
Stephen married twice once to a JAne Helton

No Patsy anywhere. Only Pryor family is said to be in Phelps County.

Just googled the name; John and Patsy came up on the 1870 census for Millier co.
John 62
Patsy 53
Suesan Wood 30
N. Pryor 23
Jos or Jas 22
Charlotte 17
N.B. 15

Says they are listed on the 1860 censusin Gasconade Co.
1880 census shows John Helton married to Charlotte Pryor

Since both John and Patsy were living in Miller county I would chek cem.s there
