Rots Web World Connect

has a wonderful search engine. I entered no surname, given name Laura, birth year 1860 (+/- 2) and spouse Birdsong. (I'm not bragging; I'm listing the steps so you can repeat the exercise.)

Delbert McBride has a lady who looks like your Laura. He doesn't have her maiden name:

Sex: F
Birth: APR 1859 in Missouri
Reference Number: 354

Marriage 1 William Newton BIRDSONG b: APR 1851 in Kentucky
Married: 1882
Stella M. BIRDSONG b: APR 1883
Bertha BIRDSONG b: FEB 1885
Silas A. BIRDSONG b: OCT 1887
Martha E. BIRDSONG b: JUL 1890
Joseph W. BIRDSONG b: NOV 1894
Jesse Lee BIRDSONG b: JAN 1897

I looked to see if anyone else had a WIlliam Newton Birdsong. Margaret Maye McClure did; she has her maiden name as Hutchinson. Ms. McClure doesn't have Laura's birth year, so her data didn't show up in the first search.

RWWC data ranges from "impeccable" to "obviously wrong", so all of the facts I copied in above are subject to verification, but you might compare notes with the two people who have Laura.

I'm not related, just curious.
