I am looking into a Mr. Nathaniel Cook possibly Nathaniel A. Cook. My husband recieved a portrait and the name written on the back is Nathaniel Cook. We can't seem to find a picture of him but we do know the badge on the picture we have is one from the I.O.O.F (independant of odd fellows) which is 3 rings combined together. Not sure what the others are but from the research I have done he was born in 1812 and passed away in 1887 but was documented as 1888. Im not sure if this info helps but if it does or you have found more infomation you can contact me at (please put nathaniel cook in the subject line).
