I believe that your Andrew Seitz is the son of Johann Henrich Seitz and Dorothea Felsinger. Andrew would be a brother to Peter Seitz Sr. who moved from North Carolina to the Marquand area of Madison County between 1820 and 1830. The name Elender is interesting. The Seitz family is closely connected to the Clubb family and there was an Elender Stiles who married Jacob Clubb. In my research I have not come across the name Choate. Hope this helps.
