Seeking any sort of info on this couple, my great great grandparents. During 1870 census, they were living in North Salem Township, Linn Co, MO with 2 of their adult sons. Not certain why these 2 boys were still listed living at home. George and Celia were both born in VA probably Hardy Co, came to "northern MO" before Civil War, all but 1 of their children born in VA, last born in MO. I've looked EVERYWHERE for them, you name it, I've looked there, can find NO records after 1870. Have heard a rumor they returned to VA but feel this is not true due to their ages. Certain they are buried in Linn Co somewhere. Actually saw a reference to this in some old VA misc records in Reger/Brake research. Please contact me if you know of this couple. Thanks.
