Chet, Thank you very much. Some of my family were found on the 1880 census of Yellow Creek, so sence everything else I have says Brookfield, I will assume it is in the West Yellow Creek area ?? Right ? Now if you could just locate my Gr. Grandfather, Who was not on the census for some reason, with the rest of the family.I found it odd, because it listed Gr. Grandmother as married and keeping house, but Gr. Grandfather was not listed !! We were searching for William Chase, but just lately, a distant cousin says he was listed on an obiturary as Ernest Chase.(That was my father's name ) Been looking for the wrong fellow a long time. He is not burried with the rest of he family in Brookfield either. Thanks Again, Georgia
