We are seeking information about a very elusive ancestor, Alumbee Williams, brother of Margaret Williams, John Abbott's wife. Due to the many spelling variations of his name it has been quite a challenge. I decided to take the approach of looking for possible namesakes and located several Alembe's within the ABBOTT and LEMMON trees. Would like to find parents for Margaret(Williams)Abbott and her brother Alumbee Williams both believed born in Dorchester, MD. Possible father Edward WILLIAMS. Possible siblings for Margaret and Alumbee are James, Rebecca, Mary and Elizabeth. Any leads will be greatly appreciated. ----------- Name: Alembe Williams Sex: M Birth: 1757 in Dorchester County, Maryland Death: AFT 13 MAY 1835 in Lincoln County, Missouri Event: Migrated 1831 Missouri to Texas Military Service: War of 1812: served under Capt.
