Your Thomas J Lewis died April 4, 1927 and was buried April 5, 1927 Spring River Cemetery. I had not heard of the Meunch surname but am familiar with Hillhouse surname that intermarried with several other pioneer families back in the 1840's to 1850's that is related to my Hewlett line.
You might find some very interesting family history about the Hillhouse line from the Genforum/Lawrence County Mo website that has a link to the Dobyn Hillhouse Diary. It is about 25-35 pages of a 2-4 year diary of the town's development and interaction of other families with Dobyn Hillhouse who settled in Lawrence County in its early years.
Missouri Death Certificates can be found on line and FREE printouts by using your browser: www.sos.mo.gov/Genealogy& History.
Lawrence County has Death Certificates from 1910 to 1958 with 1959 coming on line sometime by the end of this current calendar year.
If you need more information for marriages, I have a complete inventory of 1839-1943 marraige records for Lawrence County as well as 9 books of cemetery inscriptions. Check the individual townships' cemetery's on the LCMO historical society website. On the Secretary of State/MO website there are 2 links for pre 1910 births and deaths and 1910-1958 Death Certificate Index files.
