I'm offering more information from Lawrence County Cemetery Inscriptions plus Land Deeds for Buck Prairie Township, Township 27, Range 25 which was opened for sale Dec 21, 1846.
T27 R26, Section 26: Levi Shook: 1847
T27,R26, Section 27: Levi Shook: 1857
T27,R26, Section 36: James Gammill, 1847 & 1846.

Township 27, Range 25 was opened for sale Dec 21 1846.
Section 1: Samuel H Gammil 1854, James Gammil 1858.
Section 2: Charles V Gammill, 1852.
Section 21: James C. Maxwell, 1854
All of these could be obtained through Lawrence County Court House Records, Mt Vernon, MO 65712 or try www.glorecords.blm.gov/landpatents (Missouri State/Gammill)

As to IOOF Cemetery plot burials:
Vol 5, "Lawrence County Cemetery Inscriptions", Marionville IOOF Cemetery, pg 1
The cemetery is located at the eastern edge of Marrionville. The first three acres was bought at $100.00 per acre in December 1887. This plot is just west of the Frisco Railroad tracks. It was fenced by a white picket fence to keep out roaming stock. This part of the "Old Old Part" in May 1895 five more acres was bought adjoining from the GAMMILL Heirs. This was is known as the "Old Part". In May 1930 five more acres was bought from the Bennage Estate. This five acres lies across the north from the "Old Part" and is called the "New Part". The acreage was marked off into lots of sixteen feet square allowing space for eight graves. Old & New Part recorded by Thelma Kuhnert & Virginia Schmidt. Old Old Part by Fred G Mieswinkel & Derald Meyer.

New Part is west of Highway 2 @ Hwy 60 and oldest/older part is east side of Hwy 2@ Hwy 60.

Check out: www.sos.mo.gov/Genealogy&History/Death Index 1910-1957 List is by Surname, County, File # and DOD. Current archives are viewable and FREE if death occurred after 1910 but before 1934, however, some smaller county populations such as Lawrence County have majority of 15,000 deaths ON LINE and VIEWABLE. ONLY THOSE Deaths after 1957 or thereabouts or a little earlier are waiting to be scanned and transcribed to World Wide Web for viewing!
