Lori,
What I've found....
1920 Lawrence Co Census Stotts City
227. Butterbaugh, Allen W. 45 TN US US
Dora 45 MO OH NY

The abstractor of the 1910 census also reads Dora as the wife's name.

King Funeral Home Records (Aurora) 1902-1941 Vol 1
206 BUTTERBBAUGH, Robert Dewey
Funeral 2 June 1909
Services Ozark, Mo.
Cause accident probably hit by car
Age 10 yrs 9 mons 15 ds
Buried Ozark Cem

Ozark is in Christian County. Can't account for him being buried in Ozark. Where the grandparents lived/buried? Possibly Dora's family. Couldn't find a marriage record for Allen and Dora in Lawrence County, try Christian. Good hunting, Gary.
