There are many Smiths in the 1900 Census and a few George Smiths, even two different families headed by a George and Sarah Smith. However, this is the only one with a daughter Emma, so I presume this is the family you are researching.

1900 Census, Missouri, Lawrence County, Buck Prairie Township, family 12:
George Smith May 1849 51 Yr. Head M-22 Mo. Va. Va. Farm lab
Sarah Mar 1859 41 Yr. Wife 5 ch. 3 liv. Mo. Tn. Tn.
Henry (m) Apr 1885 15 Yr. Son Mo. Mo. Mo.
Emma (f) May 1890 10 Yr. Dau. Mo. Mo. Mo.
Susie (f) Nov 1896 3 Yr. Dau. Mo. Mo. Mo.
Nettie Morgan (f) Aug 1874 25 Yr. Niece Mo. Ill. Mo. R.R.Agent

With a name like Smith, it is usually good to give more information in a query than just given names.

There are even more George Smiths in 1910, but I did not find this family again in 1910.
