There is another cemetery here in Lexington where they could have been buried, Memorial Park, it is on the south side of Machpelah, but owned by an individual. I don't have records for it, but I'll see if I can get them. If I can't, when it warms up I'll run up there and see if I can find them for you.
I don't think they are in Machpelah, one of the books I have is a copy of the actual cemetery records, it does list every person buried there, and they were not in it.
