Billie:

In searching for other names at Ed Mackley's site of Missouri census films

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~mackley/census_page.htm

I came across on 1860 Camden County electronic page 040A (not page 040):

254-266 Moore, James 35 M TN farmer $1000 $567
Nancy 22 F TN
William T. 5 M MO
James K. (or R.) 3 M MO
George W. 2 M MO
John H. 2/12 M MO

255-267 Hudson, Rachel 45 F TN $100
John 23 M TN farm laborer
Patsey 18 M MO
Beven 16 M MO
Mary 13 F MO
William R. 10 M MO
Ellen 5 F MO

The James Moore listed before Rachel may have been her brother listed with
Rutha Moore family in 1850 Laclede census. Maybe maiden name of wife Nancy
was Edmonds.

Rachel's 1860 family lacks Lydia (probably married), but has added two young
children since 1850. Were they hers? Patsey was then a common nickname for
Martha. And here is yet another spelling of Biven to go with all the others.
