Seeking records and evidence of biological grandfather for medical purposes and curiosity. Rumored to have lived in Montebello area of Los Angeles County. Lived in San Diego and San Bernadino areas, too. Married to Mildred Neff from abt. 1934-1938. Had three children with her. Worked for the railroad and spent time in Essex, CA. May have done jail time in CA 1938-1940. Where can I get those records? Any solid leads? I have seen similar names in CADI and SSDI, but the dates or places are not exactly the same. One in SSDI reported in Laclede County, MO. Can you help?
