According to the info. I have found Howard Ray Cunningham died in Ft.Madison,Lee,Iowa--24 Nov 1954 he is buried in Ft.Madison at the Oakland Cemetary next to his wife Orpha May Erlewine. I went back to Iowa last year and got a photo of the grave markers. John Henry Cunningham died in Ft.Madison as well, but was buried at Millport in the Cunningham Cemetary. A newly found cousin sent me an e-mail with a photo of that grave marker for him and his wife
Mary Jeanette "Nettie" Smith. There is mention of the obit. for Robert M. Cunningham on a family website I recently found http://www.jude25.net/roots/ I had read that there was an obit for Robert and Rachel in the Edina Sentinel,but was not sure how I would go about getting a copy of it or any of the others. This would be helpful in establishing the info. on his father Thomas Robert/Robert Thomas Cunningham that most sources say is b. 1780 in Ky. My mother remembers one of Howard's brothers living in Edina--Ira Arthur with his wife Rosa "Rosie". Any help with these obits. or any family info. would be most welcome. Thank You.
