I did not find her in Iron Co. in 1900. However, the following was found in nearby St. Francois Co. (Randolph Twp, Page 167A)in 1900. The entery is difficult to read, so this was as best as I could make out:

Belcher, Sallie (R. or P.), Daughter, White, Female, b. June 1883, Age 16, Single, POB: MO, FPOB: MO, MPOB: VA

Belcher, Ella F., Daughter, White, Female, b. July 1888, age 11, Single, POB: MO, FPOB: MO, MPOB: VA

Belcher, James C., Son, White, Male, b. April 1899, Age 1,
Single, POB: MO, FPOB: MO, MPOB: VA

Rice, Charley, Boarder, White, Male, b. 1878, Age 22, Single, POB: MO, FPOB: MO, MPOB: MO
