Who were Branson & Maude KEELER & Sue Winston in land deed 1905?

Seeking more information on the Branson (or Bronson) and Maude G. KEELER who were in a Howell County, MO land deed dated 1905. The deed stated they were of St Louis and the land description in the deed was in Section 3 Township 24 Range 9. They quit-claimed two lots for the sum of One dollar to Sue F. Winston of Greene County, Missouri. This would suggest a probable family relationship between Sue Winston and these Keelers.

I am a researcher of Howell County KEELERs yet I have been unable to determine how or if this Branson/Bronson connects to the KEELERs of Howell County. I would like information as to the parents of this Branson and more about his wife. I have been unable to find this couple in the 1900 or any other census. Perhaps their connection to Howell County for this brief period was through his wife’s family?
