I am the Great Granddaughter of John Riley Henry. He lived in Howell Co. and bought land
I have the land deed and his father was William D. Henry.
He was married to Elizabeth Ussery and a son was born in Nov 1897 just 3 weeks before or maybe after Grandpa Ira Henry was born.
He was born in Willow Springs area.
It is sayed that John R. Henry was a Depitey Sheriff of Howell Co. and was killed in the line of duity. I can't find any info on this and I can't find where he was buried.
I have check Willow springs and West Plains records.
If anyone has any info on this person or knows where he might be buried. I would really like to tal to you.
I live in Mtn Grove, MO.
