Clifford: While the death certificates do indeed say Milton Cemetery, they don't give its location as being in Holt County. I searched various sources (GNIS, Find-a-Grave, plat book, etc.) and don't find anything on a Milton Cemetery in Holt County. However, there is a Milton Cemetery in Atchison County, which is directly north and contiguous to Holt County. Something tells me that this is where they are buried. Unfortunately, I can't find an online transcription or survey but it is listed in a cemetery book for Atchison County. There are a couple of photos as well as a map showing its location on the Atchison County GenWeb site. On the same site, I believe that you can make a look-up request from the cemetery book.
