Is there a Blairstown Cemetery in Henry County in 1906?

Could someone kindly help me? Is there a Blairstown Cemetery? Is it possible that the cemetery name has been changed?

James W. Wilson died in his home near Blairstown, Mo, on December 25, 1906 and was buried in the Blairstown cemetery.

I would also like to get his obit, are there newspaper obits for this time period Dec. 25, 1906 and if so how could I get a copy? All help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Marian
