Men Who Left Springfield in search for gold in Calif

I am trying to find other family members of the men living in Greene Co Mo who left together to travel to California in search for gold in late 1850-1851. My ancestor was Benjamin F. Gainer. He and his family lived in Campbell Township, Greene Co., Mo in 1850. Some of his neighbors at that time also traveled to California. Some of these surnames were Grigsby, Murray, McCorkle, Myers, Teague, Tate, Wilson, Anderson, and Wisner. If any of these names are your family names please contact me. I have just obtained copies of some letters from Benjamin Gainer to his wife that mentioned some of these names.
