Who are the parents and siblings of Della Mae Sparks/es born 1893 MO?

She married William Jasper Fleetwood 8/3/1906 in Douglas Co, MO. They had 8 children: Daisy, Hattie, Edna, Homer, Cecil, Laura, Christine, and Willie Yvonne. She died 1952 in Springfield, Greene Co, MO.

It's believed her parents were Samuel Sparks/es and Mollie Sharrow/Sherrow/Sparrow but I haven't found any satisfactory evidence yet.
